It took about 6 emails to "Lauren" (I dont think she exists either - think its to make it seem more human but think she is really about 100 different people) before i got the points but did in the ened so worth persisting with. They do my head in a bit. Usually they are ok but if ever anything goes wrong they are pretty clueless at sorting things out.

No it's just like TNS' Emma who does everything by herself.

Has anyone else been invited to a Lightspeed survey that asks them to log into TNS? I tried my Lightspeed login details but they don't work, unsurprisingly enough...!

Yep I have had a few like that before, just had to leave them and not bother.

Update for anyone waiting on points for the World Cup Arena -

I have been in contact with Sarah at Kantar, she is going to chase up Lightspeed and our points should hopefully be with us in the next 2 weeks!
