I had some success with ringing they credited me 350 points im still waiting for the 2nd part of the elections and 5 alive one to be added which is a !!!!er but at least after 6 weeks they had decided to add the points on

Are many of us still waiting for points to be added for completing the Election debate telephone polls?

Yeah, I still haven't had points for the Election Debate yet - sent three emails but no reply. Once someone receives their points I'll give them a call x

It seems everyone is having problems with lightspeed I still havent received the points for the last leaders debate.

I am now missing points for 3 projects.

Did anyone do the world cup arena one?

I am still not able to log in - sent them various emails and the latest one was saying there was a problem with my account, but it is now reset and everything ok, went to log on and CAN'T again, so just waiting back on an email I sent them about 6 days ago now....... talk about frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes I remember seeing you on there, love that everyone is on here to.

I havent had my points i think it is going to be a really long wait, there will no doubt be a reason why they wont pay out

they are recruiting again but lately I have hardly had any surveys from them.

I got one today, clicked on the link and it said "You do not come in to the catergory of people we are looking for"

If only all surveys didn't ask you questions before telling you that you haven't qualified - or even better they could do the YouGov approach of not sending you surveys that you don't qualify for.
