I can log in to my account, but still have not been credited for three surveys I completed fully. Has anybody received the points for the two 5 Alive surveys yet?

No not yet. I have emailed them on Wednesday last week but not had a response yet. :mad:

Emailed them last Wednesday also, as well as the previous week to, no reply either in regard to 5 alive or the third election debate and another survey not been credited!

Just sent another email regarding the 5 alive survey, getting fed up with this, really dont want to do any more surveys at the moment, until this is sorted.

mean I always thought lightspeed were one of the better ones but im missing a hell of a lot of points and have had no feedback

Have you had any luck ringing the number, what did they say?

I've emailed several times regarding 250 points not added to account for the third election debate telephone poll, not had the courtesy of one single reply!

Looks like many people have had problems. :S

Has anyone got an idea of how long gift cards take to arrive after you've ordered it online? I just ordered the £20 say shopping pass and need it soonish so it would be great if someone could help? Thanks!

They usually come between 7 - 10 days after.
They are quite good at getting vouchers sent out.
