Probably take ages. Maybe 1/2 months knowing what lightspeed have got like these days.

I came on to ask the same question. Not seen a response to this. I have not been with them long but I just cashed in my first points for paypal (well 7 days ago) nothing in yet, I have been emailing them but not getting any responses. Not sure that I want to complete any more surveys having read all the problems people are having, I have the L one in my inbox but sounds a bit like a waste of time.

It has been 18months+ since I was last invited to a survey! I thought the company had closed down or something- until I came to this thread.

I had the same problem a few months back, just email them about your situation and i am sure they will reactivate your account (they did for me just fine).

If it is real - do they actually tell you that you've won something, or are you expected to check the website all the time just on the offchance? If you look at the 'winners' page on their site, it says unclaimed prize against a few names, which makes it sound like they don't bother telling you that you've won, and you need to email if you see your name on there. Who knows, if it's real I could have won a hundred times and never known about it...! I've had enough flipping entries for it.

Have you noticed its always the same names on the winners page I have noticed this for past 6-7 months...anyone else notice?

You made me wonder about the unclaimed ones (by the way next draw should be end July I think) and I found this...

9 NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
9.1 If you have won, you will be notified by e-mail within 28 days of the prize draw.

9.2 To claim the prize, you must reply to the notification within 28 days of date that the notification was sent.

9.3 If after one month no such e-mail is received, the prize will be awarded by way of additional entries into the following quarter's prize draw. The entries will be awarded on the basis of one entry for every £2 value of the prize that would have been awarded. An award of entries will extinguish any right to claim any other prize for the winning quarter.

9.4 If you have won, you may be required to provide Lightspeed with proof that you are the authorised account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. Details of prize winners are available on the Website or by writing to Lightspeed enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope.
