Have just logged into Lightspeed and under the 'surveys about you' heading you can give you feedback about what you like and dislike about them.

Think they could be heading for a lot of points not getting added syndrome!

Hehe, I just went onto Lightspeed a few minutes ago and did that survey. Yes, that was one of my main gripes.

im with pinecone, have been for years.

if your a new signer though you only get £3 not £4.

Just checked my lightspeed account & see that I have had no surveys this year - 2010. Has anyone else noticed their surveys have slowed right up? I have contacted 'Lauren' several times but no joy

I ordered a Amazon voucher 9 days ago, so far no email with a confirmation let alone the voucher code, in the past I've received them within minutes. Emailed \lauren twice but nothing so far anyone else waiting on a voucher code?

They haven't slowed down in sending me any but they have significantly lowered the points allowances for them, average is 60 points, many being for either 80 or 50 points, some being for lower. Once in a blue moon they offer what they used to: 110points per survey but I never qualify. Mind you I rarely qualify for any of them anyway.

I ordered one earlier this week and got it a day later. Hm. I've been on Lightspeed for ages and it's the first voucher I've been able to claim! Their surveys are just so long winded/I don't qualify. It's irritating.

After many heated emails back and forth from 'Lauren' they have finally given me them!

Sally MC I haven't had any surveys as of yet this year either, yet I've logged in on a regular basis and completed all the quick match bits and pieces.
