Anyone had their points from the Pringles Ideablog yet?

I have been emailing for weeks without any reply what so ever.
Does anyone know a telephone contact for the company as they do not seem to reply to emails?

I have recently had problems when signing in to take a survey to receive a message saying I have already accessed the survey when I know I haven't. Sent an email and have had a very quick reply as follows, which might be of interest if you have a similar problem.

You may receive the error message “You have paused your interview” when the survey does not recognize your survey participation ID, a unique identifier to allow you to access our surveys. There may be a technical error or the server may be busy. Unfortunately you will not be able to participate in the survey at this time. However, if the survey becomes available again at a later time, we will send you a new invitation email.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. We value your participation in Lightspeed Consumer Panel.
  • I have been with Lightspeed for a while. Still get a lot of invites each week but agree the points per survey has really dropped. Glad i read this as just realised they havent credited me with 300 points for 2nd part of c0co p0ps survey, so thanks all!

I get that error message too, and I've stopped emailing them about it as they just repeat the message! Also they are paying less per survey now, and I seem to be screened out more often. And I don't get that many surveys.

But on the up side, they do, if you choose Paypal, pay out quickly and at a fairly low payment threshold.

Have they been cutting back on surveys? I've not received any invitations for a couple of months, not even ones I get invited for but then don't qualify.

Unfortunately not - I've chased by email again for Ideablog points but no response so far.
Have just emailed Millward Brown (who ran the Ideablog) via this site:

    creativematch.com

Can find contact info for them by searching. Unfortunately doesn't provide email address so can't link that.

Just suggested they don't use LS any more for their ideablogs. Hoping that it will make them chase LS to issue rewards so they don't get any more emails about it.

I'm getting this too, its getting really irritating along with them not paying so many points for surveys as they used to and less surveys in general. Still, at least I can cash out at 345 points for £3 Paypal credit so its not a complete waste of time - yet.

Yes - it takes longer now but I also always cash out as soon as I have enough for the £3 paypal. As I also have my P'cone paid into Paypal I build up a reasonable balance fairly quickly.
