Lightspeed are really going downhill - did anyone do the product test for 5 alive with the follow up survey for 300 points? Never had the points, and dont suppose I ever will, emailed them, but not expecting a reply

Same here, still waiting for a reply, didnt get the orginal 70 points for the first part of the survey either before the product test,.

Yea I did that!
I also sent them an email ages ago, and no reply.
I thought just one bottle of the juice was a bit mean too, a couple of each flavour would have been nice

I still have no points for the 3rd leaders debate telephone poll despite being told 2 weeks ago by Lauren that they have a list of participants and that the points will be awarded 'very soon'.

Given that the poll took place over a month ago I doubt it's going to happen so that's me done with Lightspeed.

I hate having my time wasted.

Same here, have emailed them but no reponse. I've got surveys building up on there at the minute but refusing to do them until I get the points for the 5 alive study.

Just been on the phone to Lightspeed about this 5 alive survey.
Technically, they have no telephone number for panellists, but I rang Kantar, and got transferred to them.
They are going to look into it, and hopefully we will get our points!

Thanks for this, be interesting to see if we get the points, if not then i can only think to go direct to tns and for the outstanding points for the elction survey to itv.
