I have now had a reply from 'Lauren' regarding the 3rd leaders debate and lack of points being credited. They have got a list of participants, the points will be credited shortly so we will have to wait and see.

Done antoher survey today and that was credited it straight away, so not sure whats occuring, have emailed Lauren but am not holding my breath!

Hi,

Does anyone order Peacocks gift cards from Lightspeed? I usually get paypal vouchers but have been ordering Peacocks for the last couple of months, but when I went into peacocks today they could not put through the gift cards at all, and in the end I had to pay cash for my goods. They showed me how they were different to to their own gift cards and that mine didnt have a bar code on? Im now worried Im stuck with £35 of peacocks gift cards I cant use, and I dont imagine I will get much of a responce from Lightspeed.

Anyone else had this prob, any suggestions please?

First of all I would either go onto Peacocks website and see if it says anything there.
If not send them an email or letter explaining the situation, then when you get a responseyou could take the letter into their store and show them that you can use them?

Ive emailed 3 times now in the past 10 days and have received nothing, I am missing 850 points off my account.

Mean no communication is absolutely ridiculous

Bit fed up with the way I keep getting invitations to their Digital Club (mysurvey are the same).

No amount will persuade me to join it - my internet already runs slowly enough without downloading their small piece of software!

Also, still no third leaders debate points!

You can download and install it to get 100 points then remove the software (Control Panel >> Add or Remove programs) straight away.

I shut down my MySurvey account and they still send me survey invitations!

I joined the Digital Club and have left it on and I have not noticed any difference in speed and I have a 5 year old Intel Celeron PC with very low RAM so it dosent appear intrusive.

I have still not received anything for the third leaders debate despite getting an email for lauren last week saying they know everyone who took part and that points will appear soon.
