i dont know whats going on i normally always get reply. still havn't had my 250 for first phone survey. and never got a call last night for 3rd survey strange

Just to follow on from my previous posts although I completed the third debate I have not been credited with any points for it. The cynic in me thinks they have got what they wanted so they won't bother to credit the points as there are no more debates that they want our help with.

I also did a survey today K21445 about Ice Cream. It was supposed to take 20 minutes for 70 points. I was already 40 minutes into the survey and surprise surprise I just kept getting a rotating circle on the screen and in the end I had to come out of it despite reloading the page (it just went back a few questions then did the same thing). This is not the first time it has happened after answering a load of questions. I have emailed them but I won't hold my breath for an answer.

The only thing Lightspeed is good for is the £1 you get for signing up each time through cashback sites.

i still havn't had my points for the first telephone survey i did, i did get a reply to my e mail i sent and all she said was this:

Thank you for your message. Participants in the telephone poll of the 15th and 22nd of April have already received their points. We also have the list of completes for the 29th of April and will award all panelist accounts very soon. Thank you for your patience.

have replied saying but that's just it i have not had mine.

see what happens now

I have stopped getting requests from them.... probably because I was coming close to actually being able to get something out of them!

I suggest you check with them that your account isn't blocked if they have stopped sending you surveys.
This happened to me after I had completed a survey when in France. They re-instated me and I only complete surveys when at home.

Just thought I would add that I have still not been credited points for the telephone survey after the 3rd Leaders Debate nor have I had a reply to my query. I have been sent further surveys though so I will stick with it for now.

I also haven't had points added yet for the third telephone survey following election debates.

I've completed two Lightspeed surveys recently which have not credited any points: Survey C21565 and Survey B22189. Has anybody else had problems with these particular studies?

I won't bother emailing 'Lauren' as I never get anywhere. I'll start with someone more senior.........

I have not participated in either of those surveys but assuming there have been no problems with a online survey (i.e. screen freezing) I have always been credited immediately after I have completed it.
