Lightspeed Surveys (merged)

Has anyone had problems trying to log into Lightspeed recently? I went to log in today and it now comes up as not having my e-mail address registered on their database. Tried to do a password reminder to check and it also doesn't recognise my address. I did my last survey about a week ago so it should all still be active.

I had no problem using IE. Have you tried a different browser?

I got a survey yesterday which said it would take 26-30 minutes - it took me 52 minutes even though I was rushing through it at the end. I left a comment relating to this in the comments box at the end of the survey.

Definitely my pet hate when it comes to completing online surveys!

Sometimes I'm totally perplexed at how these estimated completion times are got to!

Both me and my partner have received a grand total of 0 surveys from lightspeed so far this year. Not even any to get screened out of, do you think its worth contacting them or not?

Saying that all of my surveys seemed to have dropped off loads this year. I need to take up a new hobby to tick some more boxes I think.

I've not been getting any from MySurvey/TNS - I've been trying for ages to get a £5 Amazon voucher but I do get quite a few from Lightspeed who are connected with MySurvey/TNS. I've found YouGov are sending me more surveys this year after going down a lot last year - I have moved from the 16-24 age catergory to the 25 and over category in the past year so that may have had some effect.

I should contact them. I had my account blocked a couple of years ago because I completed a survey when in France. They unblocked it without any problem.

Following comments on here about points not being credited - I checked and one of my ones wasn't even though I completed it. However, despite using the email address given for the elusive lauren - I keep getting my emails returned as undeliverable. What email address do others use please and has anyone else had this problem?

Yep i have had the exact same problem, i ended up having to contact them via the contact us link on there page and when i got a reply to which i replyed via email that bounced back as well so had to copy and paste everything and use the contact us link on there site again!

I never did get my points, my reply was the standard the survey had reached it quota and can be filled even after you have commenced it!
