I had the same thing  i filled it in as soon as it came through too. I have emailed her! I think it actually only took me 20/30mins as genuinely i had drunk multiple tea/diet coke etc. It really is a waste of time, i hope lightspeed aren't going to go the way of a certain other survey site..(screening out after gaining valuable info..)

I agree it's so frustrating when you provide them with all this valuable marketing information and they don't reward you for your time.

Every survey I have done over the last couple of months has been a waste of my time as I've completed most of the survey before being told it has reached it's target number of participants. Surely they know immediately you click on a survey if the quota has been reached, there should be no need for the participant to have to complete 5/10 minutes of questions before being told!
It's better to beg forgiveness than ask permission.

Lightspeed has changed the Paypal rewards. You used to be able to cash out from £1 paypal but now its £3.

I only noticed this yesterday, when I tried to cash in 115 points. It's very frustrating.

I've also had a lot of surveys recently, which I've been screened out of, after giving them lots of info. I'm more likely to be screened out of the ones paying 110 or 150 points. I think this one may be going the way of a certain other survey company and I'm already thinking of ditching it icon9.gif

I just did the second part of survey B20685. I did the first part got 35 points, got the product to test, but the second part of the survey was supposed to be 350 points but when I completed it I got nothing, despite the survey saying click continue to be credited with your 350 points.

  • Has anyone else noticed lately that there is a decided lack of surveys. I have had the odd one which screens me out after lots of questions but I have noticed loads of adverts for new people to join the site. Maybe they are concentrating on these rather than us?

  • The 350 points for part two of survey B20695 were credited to my account yesterday, about a week after I did the survey.

  • I think surveys have been a bit thin on the ground since xmas. I had my best ever month in December, but have only managed to complete about six surveys since. It seems like it will take forever to get enough points for a £10 voucher.
