    Aghhh! Am so annoyed!
Lightspeed said they'd give me something like 550 points plus an additional 110 if I did a product trial for them.
Fine I said and they sent out a bathroom cleaner for me.

Royal mail RUINED it! It arrived to me so squashed (despite being surrounded in gaffer tape and bubble wrap in a box 5 times its actual size). I sent an email to the company...who promptly took me off the trial list!

So now I lose 660 points! I HATE! Royal Mail!

They are useless. I got this survey as well and although my parcel wasnt damaged they left it lying on my doorstep for 2 days (I live in a flat and was away at the time). Granted, if anyone had nicked it they would have been a bit disappointed only getting a bottle of bleach for their efforts (!) but it annoys me that they just dump stuff at the door with no notification or anything. I agree with another poster and would claim via Royal Mail for losses (if you can be bothered).

Just wanted to warn people in case this happens to them.

I recieved this survey invite for drinks

You are invited to participate in Survey K18918. Please be aware that this is a 2 part survey. If you qualify and complete part one which will take around 45 minutes you will receive 500 Lightspeed points. If you go on to qualify and complete part 2 you will receive an additional 1500 points.

I filled in the entire thing and it took me over 45 minutes, it was clear they had all the info they wanted so then sent the message the survey quota is full, please don't waste your time on this. Getting the message that you are going to recieve all these points encourages people to do the survey despite its length. Its wrong that they get all the data then say this. The survey is broken up into various hours of the day how many drinks and everything about each drink at what time etc so how come you give the info on every single drink then they say its full, there was no other info to give so they had it all
    Thanx

I had the same thing  i filled it in as soon as it came through too. I have emailed her! I think it actually only took me 20/30mins as genuinely i had drunk multiple tea/diet coke etc. It really is a waste of time, i hope lightspeed aren't going to go the way of a certain other survey site..(screening out after gaining valuable info..)

  • Hope I haven't put this in the wrong place but I am just wondering if anyone else uses Lightspeed to do surveys. I have emailed them 4 times as I completed 3 separate surveys which should have meant I received a £5.00 voucher each time. I have had no replies from Lightspeed from these emails (the surveys date back to Nov, Dec 05 and Jan 06). Any ideas anyone?

    Thank you.

I received a £20 gift card after only 1 month but now all my surveys are low value points 50-80 - but they all add up -- seem genuine enough

I got the email about the 2 part survey but didn't do it as I was going out. Pleased I didn't do it now, sorry for all of you who did and got screened out though.
As yet, I haven't had an invite to test anything from them
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.
  • I've never had a problem with Lightspeed until the past week. had one survey on all sorts of things which after filling it in for 30 odd minutes then decided that I was not suitable and promptly booted me off with no points!! (It was only worth 80 for completing it!) Secondly had a "Survey" to install a piece of software which allegedly checks my shopping preferences.. Supposed to get 100 points instantly, then 50 a month for having it there. Still nothing, Emailed them twice and been completely ignored.

This lot are going downhill fast!!

I also had this, don't want them collecting data and me not getting anything from it, not exactly very fair, but do I risk deleting the download and missing out on the points?!
