I've never had a problem with Lightspeed. Just did my 500pt follow-up for the loo cleaner, and all's well, I'm on track to claim my first £10 soon enough.
It sucks though, that some people are having bad experiences, especially as 'ask Lauren' is like getting blood out of a stone!

just to let any others having problems know, I emailed lightspeed and got a really swift reply saying that my acc had been de-activated due to logging on from a shared IP (really annoying as this is obviously from work, which although is a shared IP its a secure network!) and they have now reactivated my acc and I've already had a survey through.

Might be worth a try for others?

Did the second half of the Toilet Cleaner one last night - literally took about 4 minutes and then 500 points hit my account! 1000 points and a free Parazone :-)

Anyone noticed the error in the shop? The Love2shop £10 vouchers are stated as 892 points whereas the £5 ones are 790. I have ordered 2 and will wait to see if I get them or not. When I ordered them they are actually showing as 891 points each. Usually to get a £10 voucher you need 1200 pints and for a £20 voucher you need around 2300 points.

Just received my £20 worth of Love2shop vouchers in the post. Still seem to be at the "error value" of 892 points. They should be at least 300 points more.

Me too! Got mine yesterday- also got £20 and its still not been changed on the website- wish I had more points!

Lightspeed has changed the Paypal rewards. You used to be able to cash out from £1 paypal but now its £3.
