this might be a really stupid question but when you get paypal credit as a reward, are you charged for recieving it by paypal?

Credits from some companies incur a paypal charge but it's not the case with Lightspeed, well at least there wasn't when I last had a paypal transfer from them.

So annoyed, did a lightspeed survey last night and got 50% of the way through it only to be told I don't qualify!! Talk about nabbing info for free, grr. I only need 5 points until I can get 3 pound paypal reward too!!

was it a mobile phone survey.
This is happening way too often of late.
Think i'll get my next voucher then get out.

After spending 25 minutes doing a survey, I get chucked out when the advert I was supposed to comment on wouldn't load. :mad:

I wonder whether they'll still use the info I've already given them though?

I can't remember which it was now. Finally got £3 in my paypal account the other day! Bit miffed that the minimum withdraw from paypal to a bank account is £6 though lol.

I have had a couple of surveys through for my kids to complete. One was back on19/2 and I was told it may have taken upto a week to show. It still isn't, I've emailed Lauren and not heard back from her. Then they did one yesterday and it said they would receive 225 points on completion but my account has only been credited with 80 - I don't mind being messed about but the kids like doing ones to put towards a amazon voucher.

Not sure what has happened to Lightspeed they use to be very reliable, i've competed a survey and not recieved the points, emailed Lauren and got a stard reply back asking for date and survey number which i gave in my original email! Replied back with the information again and the email has just been returned undelivered!

Have also noticed along with other sites that the points are being reduced, once a 20 minute survyeh gave you 110 pointsm then it went down to 80 points now it appears to have gone down to 70 points!

I've not been having any problem with points being added - I always check as soon as I finish a survey but agree also just noticed that the points awarded have gone down again.

Its a double whammy for me as I always used to convert to Paypal as soon as I had enough for £1 payout but now you have to get enough for a £3 transfer.:mad:

Hi there,

Can I ask as a side, has anyone had any issues with a certain survey - Survey C21015

I spent the 45 minutes doing it, told I was to be awarded 250 points after all my efforts and when it went back to my account, it had timed out, after logging in, the points weren't awarded.

Obviously I emailed them, there and then on the 25/03/2010, and as of yet, nada, even when I sent a follow up email on the 30/03/2010, they still are not responding.

Does anyone have any successful contact with their customer service person "Lauren", cause so far, nothing is happening and I am quite annoyed at the lack of response, let alone the time I spent successfully completing the survey and no points to be awarded.
