Similar problem here. A survey went straight to the end page in an unusual manner (and rather too rapidly for 80 points).. My points still have not shown up...

I hadn't had a survey since August and after asking why not was told that they had stopped sending them as I had accessed one from abroad.
Well that is impossible as I haven't been abroad since 1995. Anyway they have reinstated me and I have had 2 surveys this week.

I got a survey this morning that was asking me if I could see certain images/animation without installing plug-ins. It crashed on about the 20th question. I don't know why Lightspeed don't adopt the MySurvey.eu approach and let you reload in instances like that as we can lose points by their server having a brief break as well as the same happening to our own internet connections.

Got a survey this morning (SD18413) which, on about the third screen, just would not load. Then it disappeared from my survey list section...anyone else have this problem?

On a much brighter note, received my free bog cleaner today.

I too got my toilet cleaner so will be doing that, but did a survey yesterday for 80 points and it was all about mobile phones, then all of a sudden just as i thought it was coming to an end they started asking me about chrisps so did 2 surveys in one go ???? very crafty

Is anyone joined the Lightspeed Digital Club? I had an email today to say that they had had technical problems but that had now been resolved. It involves downloading software so that they can monitor what adds are being displayed on websites that we go to. I am unsure about downloading the software.

If you're using a mobile broadband connection or have a cap on your internet limit then I'd recommend you don't download the application, otherwise you might pay something like £10 extra on your broadband for a couple hundred points.

If your not capped and want to take part then make sure you have at least AVG Anti Virus installed on your computer, so you'll be warned if there's any suspect tracking in the application, then if you get a warning remove it immediately.

For safety sake have you looked into program files to see if it has been copied there? Also look in the add and remove programs to see if you can see any mention of Nielson NetRatings. Some of these programs are crafty and might have installed especially if you pressed the download and install button.

Aghhh! Am so annoyed!
Lightspeed said they'd give me something like 550 points plus an additional 110 if I did a product trial for them.
Fine I said and they sent out a bathroom cleaner for me.

Royal mail RUINED it! It arrived to me so squashed (despite being surrounded in gaffer tape and bubble wrap in a box 5 times its actual size). I sent an email to the company...who promptly took me off the trial list!

So now I lose 660 points! I HATE! Royal Mail!
