I had about 8 pop up today! Did all of them 6 said I didn't meet the right criteria.. SHame they didn't say that before they got my views!!

have you tried logging into lightspeed itself and doing the mini polls and seeing if any surveys waiting for you ?

I make a point of logging in at least once a week to keep my account active

Re not receiving surveys from Lightspped.
OH contacted them recently after realising he had not had any since Sept.They replied to say they had stopped sending them as he had accessed a survey from an unsecure place such as internet cafe.Only time he had done them other than home was from the laptop with usb dongle while away at a caravan in summer.
He replied back to say that it seemed unfair and they should maybe have e.mailed first to let him know it had been a problem & he wouldn't do it again.
Then surveys started to come back through.

I had a problem a couple of years ago when I accessed the surveys from France. They put a block on my account but removed it once I realised they had stopped sending surveys and I contacted them.

Now just have to remember to only do the surveys when in UK from usual PC/laptop.

ive been a member of lightspeed for a few years ive allways filled in all the surveys and kept everything in my profile up to date. ive had a few freebie products to test at home but none for a while. as for points colected if you choose paypal instead you get paid within a day or 2.

no probs here with receiving surveys had quite a few in recent weeks also had a couple of product tests currently doing a cereal one for 710 points and maybe a bathroom spray in next week or so

Just completed a 500 point survey with a potential 1500 point survey tonight. I hadn't done too much for a while before these though so I am a happy bunny again.

i receive about 3 surveys a week and after the surveys i always check my account ie points , so i log into my account very regularly so maybe it has something to do with the amount of surveys i get ??

I had a couple of months where I didn't have anything at all but seem to be getting quite a few through the last couple of weeks.

What do people tend to do with their points? Am debating over getting the Paypal cash & using it for an extra payment to the credit card or spending it on something to treat myself :rotfl:
