Me too.

I sent them a message asking them if there was something wrong with my account but haven't heard anything from them.
I'm 30 points away from being able to claim £10.

I signed up via Topcashback.com, a cashback site. I even got 90p added to my topcashback account for signing up to it.

I have had a number of "survey screeners" that took as long as the actual survey was supposed to only to be "screened out". Seriously reconsidering my options on this one, as i have been with them for ages and not got enough points to do much of any use with yet.

Got a survey today for 300 points - only took half an hour, much better than the usual 80 points they seem to keep offering at the mo...

I too downloaded it and ran it for a week (I did actually get paid my 1st £1) but coincidentally, my PC started throwing up "Blue Screens Of Death" and working very slowly. I've done a 'springclean' now, after backing everything of value up first - at least the BSODs didn't lock me at the boot-up stage! As luck would have it, I can now no longer gain access to the download as it's disappreared off my list of Lightspeed surveys, so I think from what I've read, I'll leave it that way!:j

Yeah I had the same thing happen to me the other day. Must have been the same survey cos I said no to cc and got screened out and was awarded 50 points

Has anyone else got the survey about the New Max Factor foundation trial few days ago?
It was worth 50 points and I have been disqualified for having a "very fair" skin. Really disappointed, I was looking forward to it.

I went about 4 months after cashing out £33 with absolutely no surveys, I was doing the quickmatches and the polls. Anyway about 2 weeks ago I started receiving 2-3 surveys a day. I've doing LS Panel for awhile now, is this normal?

This has to be one of the most frustrating panels though, I know what people mean, so many times I get so far into a survey then it's the old "Sorry this survey is full now"

I could be wrong but I started getting more surveys again when i started selecting more appropriate answers on the poll, versus "doesn't apply".
