My profile probably don't suit the surveys offered then. I keep nipping in and out of the members page doing mini polls and quick match surveys. Hopefully I'll get one soon.

Hi,
I also seemed to stop recieving surveys so I mailed lauren and she informed me there was a minor glitch with my account which meant it wasn't fully active.

May be worth an email to check for those who aren't recieving surveys

i installed the software but on my PC which i dnt use as much compared to my laptop i dnt get many surveys frm LS these days and like someone else said, when I do get them its about 80 points for a 30 min surveys. oh well....i continue with them nonetheless!

I am 3 quarters of the way through the looonngg survey about medicines advertising in newspapers for 300 points and I have come to a page where it says click play button below to watch advert. But theres not a play button, I've tried refreshing, going back a page, moving the cursor over the screen but cannot find it.

Can anyone help?

I've had exactly the same problem. I also received the identical survey but from another company and had the same problem with the play button not being there. Shame as 300 points would have been a nice addition to my total.

yes i had this problem too, i thought mine was from toluna though, i have emailed them about it as well:o could someone tell me if this was from toluna as well please or if from light speed please give me the survey number, thankyou
