    Me too.

I sent them a message asking them if there was something wrong with my account but haven't heard anything from them.
I'm 30 points away from being able to claim £10.

...and that's probably why they don't send you any more surveys, they became cheeky lately.

Word of warning! My daughter got a survey today for Mr. Kipling cakes, (survey no. B12520), offering 80 points. She spent half an hour completing it, then got to what seemed to be the last page. This said "Thankyou for clicking on this survey" followed by "...our quota is full" or words to that effect. In other words, she wasted half an hour doing this survey and received nothing. Needless to say I'm absolutely disgusted that they can do this and get away without paying . If anyone else has had this happen I would be very interested to know.

I got that survey the other day. Took me a while to complete, but went straight to the end no problem.

  • I've been with Lightspeed for a while now and whilst I had a glitch for a few months when I didn't get any surveys, an e-mail to Lauren sorted that out for me :)

I'm sitting on a healthy amount which will get converted into Amazon vouchers in time for Christmas!

The prezzybox vouchers that lightspeed have sent me are coming up as expired when I put them into the basket at prezzybox even though they are in date!!! This is happening with all of them even though they are in date and unused. I have only ever had 1 other order from prezzybox which was over a year ago before these vouchers were ordered so its clear I havent used them. Even the one I exchanged today a few mins ago is coming up expired. Has this happened to anyone else?

I have emailed lauren but heaven knows how long it will take for a reply from her, its usually weeks. I'm concerned they might pass the buck to prezzybox or perksplus (who are perksplus?), not sure how it all works but there has to be something wrong if they arent working and especially if you order one and its expired the moment it arrives
    Thanx

I ususally get a reply from "Lauren" within a few days rather then a few weeks- if your worried about them passing the buck, maybe mention that and say your concerned that you have lost all the vouchers you worked hard for/mention others you have spoken to are suprized (eg bad publicity) and give them a deadline (ie I need these by mid-October for a gift), hope things get sorted- could be as simple as a net-glitch, have you contacted "pressybox" to ask if their site is working fine?

Yes I rang prezzybox but had to leave my number as its obviously not being manned today. Hopefully they will get back to me tomorrow or I will ring again.

I did actually want to use the vouchers by tomorrow at the latest for this gift so I can't see lightspeed even replying by then but as long as I get the vouchers re-issued or something I don't mind.

I have checked the prezzybox site and it is letting their usual discount codes through but wether they act the same as gift voucher types I don't know.

    Are perksplus combined with lightspeed?
    Thanx

I have just had 5 surveys in my lightspeed account, the most I've had for a long time, I thought whats going off here! I did all of them and each took around 20-25 mins and one by one they ALL then gave me the 'this survey is now full' message. This happens I know and more often on lightspeed than any other survey site but all of them is just too much. I think I'm going to complain about it this time as this is really taking advantage
    Thanx

Same happened to me with one survey Lady K - about icecream and I got the survey full after I had completed a lot of questions. Its a cheap way to get info and as other posters say, the response from the fictitious Lauren is lamentably slow. I am sure that is just a name and people pick up her mail when they have a spare moment!

I get survey invites but end up with entries into prize draw only - even if the survey takes ages to complete. I do not even have enough points for a shopping voucher and I have been a member for ages - total waste of space i feel.

Does the prize draw actually exist? has anyone actually won or know of someone who has won the mysterious prize draw?
