Lightspeed Surveys (merged)

"Lauren" is a waste of space and I think a work of fiction. If you get an answer - its standard format and nothing comes of it. They hope you will forget. OK - 80 points for one survey is not that much individually but multiply it over the number of people doing it and the fact that it happens to most of us several times over a 6 month period. Couple that with the reduced number of points for a survey and the increasing number of ones where you complete a considerable portion (giving them useful information) and then are screened out - they are treating us with contempt imho.

Think I will build up to my next voucher and then leave if they don't start to shape up.

Maybe someone should suggest to them that they read this and other forums!

I've just completed survey B22189 and not been credited either, not for the first time this has coccured and jst get the standard reply and lost out, whoc else can we contact?

hi, stick with it i finally got a reply again after the last e mail i got saying that she had added the points manually, i wasn't being fobbed off with "everyone who done the poll has had there points added" so replied back saying "well i have not"

I've yet to receive mine as well, and it's now been two and a half weeks since the last debate.

Just got 50% of the way through a survey to be told that it has now reached it's total amount of participants. It's so annoying when this happens, I don't usually have many problems with Lightspeed so I hope this doesn't start occuring on a regular basis.

I'm glad I saw this thread, I'd forgotten all about Lightspeed, it's been so long since I had a survey invitation from them. I just checked my account and the last one was September 09. I did have enough points however to order £10 on Paypal so fingers crossed that it comes!

Assuming your paypal details are still upto date I doubt you will have any problems receiving payment for points accrued. The problems I am having is frequent surveys just 'stopping' then I have to exit it, answering lots of questions then being told it has reached it target number of participants and not getting replies to query emails. Also still no points for the 3rd leaders debate.

Just completed yet another survey where the points have not been credit B22656, thats three now where they have not been credited, very annoying! Also still waiting for third election debate points to.

I'm beginning to wondering if Lightspeed are beginning to hold off crediting points now?

i completed a survey and had mine credited today if that helps? probably not what you want to hear but HTH nonetheless
