I'm also still waiting for 250 points for the third election debate surveys.

Have sent around 2 or 3 emails now!

Another non-credited B22189 here. I received 2 invitations for it though, and the link appeared twice on my Home page. I completed it the first time I clicked a link, but no credit appeared. When I click the remaining one it tells me I've already completed it, and yet it still remains there on my Home page. Have emailed Lauren, a few days ago - and no response so far.

I have emailed twice regarding the B22189 as have completed both parts of the survey and still had no answer from Lauren and still waiting for the last election survey to be credited a total of 620 points now owing. Am going to give it this week then going to email again.

I had one or other of those for a few days then IE8 stopped working, disabling their software fixed it. (It maybe because the PC is on 24/7 the software does not clear itself)

Am having no luck either, have emailed numerous times and still no reply, Lightspeed use to be reliable, its really gone down hill.

Just got screened out of a survey (don't like football!) and went back to the first page as I had noticed another survey on there - B21214 - clicked on it and its a different way of trying to get you to do a survey and join their digital club with the download. They seem to be calling it by different names now as well...
