I did the survey, they must have fixed the glitch you all had as it did send me back to the mysurvey site, but not before stealing 20 minutes of my time and then saying it wouldn't give me any points!

I want to complain but I am beginning to feel too tierd to care....too many times on other surveys, just now makes me feel immediatly tierd at the thought of 'all this again'"

I got a survey invitation today. It asked me for the first part of my postcode, then it asked a multiple choice question of which town(s) do I live or work in but didn't give the option of the town I actually worked in so I clicked an option saying 'none of the above' then it went back to the postcode question again and kept looping before it said I didn't meet the requirements.

Have received 6 surveys from My Survey since joining up with Lightspeed but on completing them I get an error 404 message each time. Points not added and survey still showing as not completed. seems that they still have problems.

Major problems! My account is still inactive, no response from Lightspeed. Although I didn't expect it any other way with these lunatics.

I did a survey at lunchtime and it didn't credit me the points, so I've e-mailed Emma with my query.

The survey's still listed.....

I have just (30 seconds ago) completed a survey with no problems at all, points credited, no 404s The only thing I currently see that perhaps I shouldn't is that the mymini poll seems to stick on the one about listening to music.

Yes I too am now able to complete surveys AND get the points added when completed.

I've just spent over 20 minutes completing a survey and on clicking the final confirmation screen to get the points i got an authentication failure!

Must still be some bugs with the site as i clicked on the survey link direct on the site not on an email.

Think i'm going to give it a few more days for it to calm down.

Had loads of surveys tonight. About 8 - 9, qualified for pretty much all of them, and points straight in my account, keep it up mysurvey!
