I have never had a problem with Paypal payments either. If you have a spare 30minutes per day this is a no brainer - just be really careful not to click away from the survey because once you do there is no returning!
I guess the problem is that people only comment when there is an issue - I am very happy with Lightspeed.:T0 -

The merge has now meant you earn points for attempting a survey even if you do not qualify - what I love is that you quickly find out you do not qualify unlike Toluna who reel you in for ages until they tell you this.

I like the fact that you get a few points even if you're screened out, and I've had plenty of surveys come through and have been able to complete them successfully.
But please sir, may I have my PayPal money? I've got Christmas shopping to do!:A A million thanks to everyone who posts :A0 -
My account is still inactive and not getting any response from customer services either.0

My points were not correctly transferred, plus I have completed surveys and then got an error code, not too impressed at the moment. Especially as most surveys only pay pennies for the amount of time spent on them.0

I claimed Nectar points back in June through MySurvey and I'm still waiting for them.
Have emailed Emma on a number of occasions and have been given promises that the points will be credited. I gave them an ultimatum back in October, telling them I would be forced to leave the forum if the points weren't credited within two weeks. No response.
I contacted them again yesterday, through the new combined site, informing them I'm taking legal action and will be contacting them when I get legal representation. Any current surveys I receive now are being deleted.
Not impressed.Life's what you make it....

Life beyond voluntary work scares me, but what else is there?0 -
Yep - agree with comments - obviously flippin Lauren is still there in disguise. More of the you have paused errors - more of the getting a good half way (by their timing) of a survey then told its full, completing a survey boots you out of account, rubbish and they used to be so good. Has anyone sent them the link to this forum? they might find it educational reading!0

I too claimed nectar points back in June, I have emailed them about 10 times. i did get the standard reply a view times, now they just ignore me0

Never did get credited for the L25985 survey which foolishy I tried twice!! Just in case they had sorted the error in redirecting back to the old site- they hadn't! And no response from Emma which considering that she must have had similar e-mails from other people on that particular survey is rather poor.
But I find having used survey sites for 10 years or more that they all can be good or bad at any time. Some much much worse than others! And Lightspeed/Mysurvey I would rate amongst the better ones. The worse? Toluna naturally!!0 -
This is getting silly now. Still not getting email notifications but had three surveys waiting for me in my account. I got most of the way through each one only to be told they have enough participants now, and to click to continue. I click it and I am logged out again, every single time! I can't stay logged in for more than a couple of minutes. I seem to be getting 5 points for every 'attempted' survey though.£2 Savers Club 2011 (putting towards a deposit

I was ver wary about the merge but I have to tell you they have transferred my points correctly. I requested a £10 amazon voucher as the merge took me over the limit . I got the e mail with the voucher on withing 3 days. I have now requester paypal so I can see if that works.
I get ousted out of most of the surveys and like you get fobbed off with the standard e mail. I have tried querying it again and am waiting for response.0
