Sorry If I'm a bit behind, but what's happened to Lightspeed? I have had it bookmarked for ages and now I get 404 error when I try and open the site.

Its been merged with mysurvey's. Anyone with a Lightspeed account will have their points transferred over and you use your same login details.

I tried logging in and it didn't work. Tried the forgot password option and it said email address not found. Have my account details (and points) been lost?

Lightspeed were much better at allowing me to actually finish a survey - been screened out continually since the merge.

Same happened to me. Can't log in and no response from customer services.

At present I can't do any of the surveys. I get the following messages:

1. I have paused the survey before it was completed, when I have not started it.

2. My interview has been completed, when I have not started it.

3.The message 'we have exceeded our expected goals sooner than anticipated'.

This is clearly a technical problem.

Emailed so-called 'Emma' about this but have not received a reply.

Has anyone else experienced any similar problems? Thanks.

I've just e mailed cos I'm getting the same messages ^. I'm also getting stopped half way through surveys, getting an error message and then can't complete them. I spent AGES earlier answering questions about sausages, then it failed, happened last week too. The thing is, once it's failed you can't get the points, I think it's unfair. And I'm VERY bored of being told that I've 'completed my interview' when I haven't!! I'll see what Emma sends me!

I've started getting a lot of those problems, compmad and befley, and a new one; I'm getting invitations to surveys that aren't there. (Oh yes, the sausages one that failed. I got that too.) I don't think we'll get any decent response on this.
