I've just requested my first £5 vuocher.
Annoyingly they only allow people from mainland GB to join their site, but when I did, I put my sisters London address in.;)

What are the different vouchers you can choose from?

Hee hee, complaining to the bosses worked -- I've just had my £10 voucher (for a pre-new system survey).

Assuming it's the same vouchers for the new system (it's the same website, so should hopefully be the same vouchers), there's a huge load of vouchers to choose from: Boots, Argos, Book Tokens, Theatre Tokens, UCI, Vue, Homebase, B&Q, CD-wow, Debenhams, Ocado, Curry's, Jessop's and a lot more I can't remember any more!

It has helped me a couple of times - just CC them all with your query. They do not seem to reply when you email them through the website.

you can add the value of you vouchers together as well so it doesn't matter what value gift voucher you've redeemed your points for. They really do take a while to send you the voucher code in the first place though!

Thanks so much for the list of voucher choices - shall save up the points now and get book vouchers for christmas presents instead of cashing in £5 at a time (if I ever get a survey I qualify for again)

Same here. I have been doing the surveys for about 6 months, and only got my first £10 voucher last week. I think you get points for each survey that adds up and then you get vouchers. I don't think you get vouchers for every survey you do.

i had no probs on previous site ive been at it for about a year now!!dont know whats going on!!

If you're still; having problems try lowering the security on your cookies. I had this problem and it worked for me.

Hi! I am new so excuse me if this is in the wrong place!! I have been doing surveys for Lightspeed for ages. Since they started offering points for surveys I have requested 2 £10 voucher codes, one on 14/06 and the other on 21/7 but havent received any. I have emailed numerous times, even sent an email to the 'higher powers' but still nothin all I ever get in reply is the standard - we have reordered your code, check you email settings blah blah blah but I have had a code from them previously which I have told them numerous times!!!!! I feel that I am being fobbed off really and I am banging my head against a brick wall!!!!!!!
Any help on what to do next?!!

I have tried to register on the site and at the moment I can't get the registration to go through. I have emailed asking why.......and no reply.....could they be going down the pan???? (sorry don't mean to scare you). But does seem a little odd!!
