    Is this the normal reply? I recieved it yesterday. If not I hope it helps those of you waiting for vouchers so finger crossed we get them by monday.

    As the delay in receiving our reward codes is most often due to email rejection or emails bouncing, in the meantime, please check your bulk mailbox and ensure that you have enough room in your inbox.     Yes, that seems to be the stock response - when they bother with any response at all.

    I've had one voucher code from them, and the actual voucher arrived within a few days of me procesing the code. I've got two more voucher code requests that I've been chasing up on a weekly basis for a couple of months now. I've got a third which is still within the time limits mentioned in their FAQs which I'm sure I will have to chase.

    And I'm 100 points away from another claim.

    After that I think it may well be time to vote with my feet.

    Having said that, at least with Lightspeed survey rewards are added immediately - unlike Ciao and Test & Vote who are both slow and often require chasing.

    The rewards may be added immediately, but they are just pixels on a screen until you can hold the vouchers in your hand. I am owed £25 worth of vouchers and have not received anything.

    got another 2000 points though, so i'll need to go through this all over again...

    A VOUCHER CODE. Do yo think that it might to due to the power of Money Saving Expert? If there is anybody out there......................Just £20 more please.

    I've just recieved a code from an application made on August 3rd, so I've ordered the actual voucher. That just leaves the two outstanding ones from June claims.....................

    I got my £10 reward code this afternoon too, and I couldn't believe it! Sooo happy!:j Strange, I only requested it at the beginning of the month - and here it is. Meanwhile, I still haven't got the £5 reward code I have been waiting for since May! Hmmmm...:confused:
