I have been with them for about 3 months and never been offered to take part in any of their surveys. I do the initial questions and then they say you are not what we are looking for have 10 free entries to the draw instead.
Is it really worth bothering, how long has it taken you to get all those points?

i fill out online surveys for ipsos, and it usually takes about 2 weeks to get sent a voucher, which i think is quite good, as they probably have to send someone down to boots or argos to buy the voucher first!

the ipsos points system is good, you get different amounts of points depending on the length of survey, and even get points if you dont meet the survey criteria.

i think i got signed up when someone stopped me in the street and i did a survey then.

ive also had free samples posted to try. drinks etc.

I use also use Ipsos and although the surveys are not quite as frequent, they do pay up in a timely manner. I have recived and spent those vouchers. A company with some integrity.

Hi! I am new so excuse me if this is in the wrong place!! I have been doing surveys for Lightspeed for ages. Since they started offering points for surveys I have requested 2 £10 voucher codes, one on 14/06 and the other on 21/7 but havent received any. I have emailed numerous times, even sent an email to the 'higher powers' but still nothin all I ever get in reply is the standard - we have reordered your code, check you email settings blah blah blah but I have had a code from them previously which I have told them numerous times!!!!! I feel that I am being fobbed off really and I am banging my head against a brick wall!!!!!!!
Any help on what to do next?!!
    Many thanks

I have just received one of my £5 codes and have ordered. It does take time.

Hi, good for you. It may that they have had an abrupt awakening and are paying everyone in the UK in a timely manner to prevent any more bad press.

And of course thank you for all your hard work with Pigsback
  • Hi everyone.
I'm new to these boards and I can't work out what people mean when they talk about vouchers from Pigsback and Lightspeed.
If they have the time, could someone please explain them to me.
    Thanks :confused::confused:
If only I knew then what I know now :)

Here's the link to the first page of the Pigsback thread, it has all the info you should need to get started.

Lightspeed is a survey company and you earn points for completing surveys which you can then exchange for vouchers.

If you sign up to Pigsback they have a link on the site to sign up to Lightspeed and you'll get 600 piggy points = £6

  • Hi and welcome!

Pigsback is a great sight for collecting piggypoints to convert into cash / vouchers see here https://www.pigsback.com

There is a useful thread on here which tells you how to get the best out of the site (read the first couple of posts) http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=252457

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I won, I won, I won!
After emailing a few times I got this reply
Thank you for your e-mail and I am very sorry for the hindrance that we are experiencing at the moment. I understand fully that you would be less than impressed with Lightspeed and the problems that we are having with rewards but I assure you that we are dealing with the matter and your reward will be with you as soon as possible.

I will be sure to keep you informed of any any updates and I hope to be in touch soon with good news, but in the meantime I thank you for your tolerance and patience in this matter

You never know I MIGHT get my vouchers before Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!
