Yes I have noticed this too, although for some reason the surveys I do get always seem to be sent out on a Friday

Another one has now arrived, worth 100 points if you qualify. Haven't done it yet as I'm short of time.

I've had two come through today, and qualified for both of them. I've now earned enough points for my first voucher, so this is where it all starts to go wrong

I too joined through pigsback at the beginning of the week. After reading this thread i think i will cancel too when piggy points turn up (if!!). Wondering if its worth bothering with.

lightspeed drives me up the wall, i get about 2 surveys a week, but as soon as i answer the 1st 2 questions i am never eligable and so never actually gain any points arghh!!!!

Today I've no complaints re. Lightspeed 'cos postie just delivered a 100gm bar of Nestle 'Heaven' chocolate from LS for me to trial.

Gonna be a difficult job, but I'll get through it :rotfl:

Now if they'd send out the vouchers as well it would help.

After that little whirl of activity from Lightspeed last week (sending voucher codes) after they realised so many people were complaining, I still have not received one voucher! In all I am owed £25.00 and still nothing. For all of those accepted to complete surveys beware.

On the voucher Order Confirmation from Ovation Incentives, it says: "Your gift vouchers should be with you within ten working days."

I ordered mine on 26 August - only five working days ago.
