I wonder whether it might be worthwhile carrying out our on survey/poll to see how many of those of us who use this forum are:



1. Are waiting for voucher codes from Lightspeed beyond the time that they specify ( 2 - 4 weeks)

2. Are awaiting delivery of vouchers from Ovation Incentives on behalf of Lightspeed (longer than 10 working days after ordering them, as quoted on Lightspeed website)

3. Are waiting for pending points (older than one month) from Valued Opinions ( can you please give the number of surveys pending)

I am owed 2 £10 vouchers from lightspeed - one from June and one from July!
Valued Opinions I havent had any probs in the past but I have had 50p that I need to claim a voucher in pending for ages and no surveys really for a while!!

I am STILL waiting for my £20 worth!!! Have emailed loads and mostly had the standard response althoug the last one wasnt and in it I was promised that they are trying to sort it out but that was a week ago and still got nothing!!!

waiting on 1 voucher and 3 codes from lightspeed after 3 months ..
also awaiting £3.50 p being credited on vops for about 3 months now .. and £2 on mums ops

Not all retailers listed on that page are offered as Lightspeed rewards, though. It's difficult to tell you who is, exactly, as the only way of seeing the list (I think) is to enter a voucher code, and I don't have an unused one to do that!

I've never had that whole selection available: not Sainsbury's, Safeway, Amazon or figleaves anyway!

I usually opt for Argos.
