The answer would seem to be to write to lightspeed@ovationincentives.co.uk
and not Lauren. The name of the person who answered by e-mails was Sindi Chigaru.
Three people ( including myself) have done this today and we have all got our codes. I got mine within 18 minutes which must be a world record considering they usually ignore and send standard replies0 -

I have written to other addresses for lightspeed and only received standard or the occasional apologetic reply. I wrote an email to 'Lauren' this morning. When I did get some communication from the Sindi ( see post #19) it said.
Regarding your enquiry. This is the first email we have received from yourself today. Unless we are informed that a recipient has not received the reward code we are not in a position to know whether or not they have been received or not. That is why we ask for transaction ID's to be able to track which ones have been sent or not sent. The ID you would have been issued when you redeemed your points. Please find attached all the codes that we have sent you in the last 3 months with their original dates of dispatching.0 -

Thank you for your enquiry. We have recently had a changeover in the way the
codes are sent out and as with any new system it has teething problems.
Please bare with us while we complete the implementing of this system. We
also have cases where the codes are sent out on time but for some reason are
not reaching the recipients on time. However please continue to lodge your
concerns on the contact form and they will be dealt with accordingly. We are
currently processing all order codes from beginning with 9 and will be
emailing them through shortly.Barclaycard 3800

Well that's different.
According to the e-mail with the attachments that they sent to me they claim to have me 4 codes previously , when in fact they had only ever sent 2. I got the remaining 2 today.
I was slightly more abrupt and did not send them a tranaction ID I just wrote :
I believe that you should have all of the information that you need
You have my name and e-mail and an operating system that should give you full traceability. Please do not use delaying tactics any more and send me my outstanding codes.
To which they replied as stated in an earlier post within 18 minutes including an attachment of all my codes. So they can do it quite easily.0 -

I have written to Valued Opnions twice today and they have responded. Strike whilst the iron is hot. Also you could try phoning T : 0845 257 3299
I don't know whether it makes any difference but in the subject box of an complaint e-mail. I usually write something like '2nd e-mail' or '2nd query- e-mail #3' and leave it at that.0
