I claimed for two £5 vouchers, one in July and one in August, also followed up with no reponse, I have tried emailing the address in this thread. I won't complete any more surveys until I receive them.

Is that the codes or the actual vouchers that you claimed? They may not care if you do not do any more surveys, but you should be paid for those you have done.

It was June and August sorry. they may not care whether I complete any more surveys, but if they get reduced response from surveys, less companies will employ them for market research purposes.

The trouble is that they just recruit new people from elsewhere as they are doing on Pigsback now.

Sent my earlier email at 17.08, to the lightspeed addy given by Caggie.
They replied at 17.11 with all the codes that had been sent, including the one I had not received.
