I got my second reward code this afternoon - less than 2 weeks after requesting it. I'm surprised, and very happy too.:j I didn't email them to chase this up, it just... happened.:D

Well you will never guess!!!! I DID NOT receive my vouchers today, within working the 10 days as promised.

I have just received another Voucher Code within 3 weeks and I didn't even have to chase them up. Yes that is right they sent a voucher code without being asked, earlier than they had to! Am I dreaming, pinch me. Having said that though I still have not received ANY vouchers at all. They should make this into a board game.

Well I never! :eek: Both me and DH got a voucher code each today, only a couple of weeks since ordering, and without any chasing up or threatening action on our side whatsoever! :shocked: :shocked: :shocked:

Could they finally be sorting themselves out?.. :think:

I doubt it, they've been churlish to say the least toward users so far.

Applied for my first code ten days ago and it has just arrived. Looking at what you guys have been through I think they must have picked their ideas up. Maybe co-incidence but I think the thread is a good idea.

i signed up with lightspeed a few months ago,didnt get many surveys

suddenly this past 2 weeks ive had loads and almost have enough points for a £15 voucher !

only a few times ive had the you arent suitable for this survey type response

i know where to come wheni want to order me vouchers and i dont get anywhere

After requesting my code three weeks ago, finally today i received the code and ordered my £5 voucher straight away. Normally they are quite prompt with their codes but perhaps they have had some technical difficulties, but it would have been nice to have had an email of acknowledgement and apology for the wait. Am i right in saying that most people dont mind waiting if there has been some communication outlining the delay???
