    Yes, you're probably right. I don't mind waiting so long as they let me know what's happening. Rather like delayed flights ... I wonder why businesses nearly always seem to put communications with their consumers at the bottom of the list ... But tht's probably for the Vent thread!

    I ordered my voucher codes about 3 weeks ago and got both of them yesterday. I ordered woolies vouchers as I intend to keep them to buy Christmas presents for the kids. I got £15 worth of vouchers from them and £20 boots vouchers from pigsback, so all in all it's been a pretty lucrative week for me :D

    The odd thing is, I'm suddenly not getting their surveys anymore. I used to get about 4-5 a week, and for the last week - nothing! :confused:
  • It's weird how it works out between the various survey sites - little from the others recently and loads from Lightspeed. Now got £25 of store vouchers on the way here between the family, plus another £10 just redeemed to get the vouchers in due course.
  • I've had loads of surveys in the last 2 weeks ( hardly ever got one before that) I got a link for a voucher code about 4 days after applying and have just applied for another one.I ordered NEXT vouchers, as I will always use them!
    Off point, can anyone tell me which survey panel sends out cheques as I've just received one for a fiver and can't for the life of me remember where it came from!

    same here, apart from a 350 pointer for mobiles...

    I have tried a couple of forums to give lightspeed the benefit of the doubt.

    Can you just let me know if you have received your lightspeed vouchers within 10 'working days' ( Monday to Friday) of ordering them.

    Anyone who does not receive them by close on play on Thursday I intend to report to the Trading Standards Office for breach of contract.

    You may have gathered that I am increasingly peeeeeed off wiith lightspeed. I defer between the 'well I was on the internet anyway' and the 'if only'. Lightspeed do not use the techniques that you use for corpotate clients on your panelists as I suspect we are far too savey.
