Hi, I requested my voucher code 23rd August and it was emailed
to me on September 8th. Not bad I think.....but now the wait begins
for the actual vouchers to show up.

There may be others, too, but this is what I can track. Since the end of August, I have been writing down all surveys that I have done with all companies, and also all points/rewards obtained with all other sites. I've had enough of them handing out casual assurances and hoping I'll forget ...

I have ordered my first voucher, but have been told I need a code. I'm waiting for the code so far, but haven't got anything as yet

I didn't receive my vouchers either. I contacted them via their website and this is the reply I got:

"Dear Panellist,

I am sorry to hear you have not received your reward or reward code.

We have implemeneted a new system to ensure that your reward is with you as soon as possible, I would like to ask you to forward your query directly to our supplier through the link below:

https://www.ovationincentives.co.uk/lightspeedpanel/contact.htm.

Please note that you will be asked for your reward code when you fill in the form.

If your query is regarding the fact that you have not received your reward code yet then you will need to fill in your transaction ID.

In case you are not in possession of your transaction ID, we will be happy to send this to you by email.

As the delay in receiving reward codes is most often due to email rejection or emails bouncing, in the meantime,

please check your bulk mailbox and ensure that you have enough room in your inbox.

To make sure you get your voucher, please add our incentive partner's e-mail address, lightspeed@calicado.net, to your list of trusted senders"



I entered my link on the website given and was sent a 'Reward Code'

You then have to go to anotheer site and choose which voucher you want. There's quite a good selection.

I haven't received the voucher yet, but I only applied a few days ago.

Recieved mine,It took about 4 weeks.
This is my 4th voucher so leave it another week before emailing them.
As anybody else not been getting surveys lately from Lightspeed or is it just me?

Ordered my vouchers at the end of August, and got some last Saturday, and the remaining ones this morning. Very happy.:j :j :j

Ive had to email them regards not receiving mine - they replies stating that boots vouchers are the most popular and i should get them either today or tomorrow - if not email again.

Been having problems with them recently re delivery of vouchers and waitnig weeks for my email with reward code.

And yes - there are very few surveys at the moment
