Got a code and ordered my Boots voucher 2 weeks ago. It hasn't come yet ...early days, I guess.
Correction -It came in this morning's post!!:T0 -
Lightspeeds terms and conditions state that they will deliver the vouchers within 10 working days of ordering them. This does not happen. In total I am still waiting for £25 worth of vouchers. £10.00 is now overdue.
I have not had any survey's for a while now, but before I cottoned on to their ineptitude I received many e-mails ( still on file) for surveys and then reminder e-mails to tell me If I had missed a survey. Now??????????? Nothing... They just don'r play fair.0 -
I've been with Lightspeed little over a year now and have only once had to chase them up for my voucher and this was remedied within a 7 day week.
I've recently been surprised to be given vouchers for surveys done earlier in the year which I'd forgotten about, whereby the reward was a voucher payment from the campaign source, once the campaign was completed. (eg, say that whiskas wanted a survey doing and they paid £5 to those who completed it.) It is worth remembering that some of these may takes several months to run, hence the wait for this type of code to be sent out. I know this isn't the same as ordering from your reward balance, but as I've said, I've only had problems on one occasion.
My most recent order for vouchers was placed on 5th september and it arrived 2 days later. Interestingly though, I ordered a homebase voucher and actually received a Love to Shop voucher so now can change my mind if I wish as to where to spend it!!
Dumbledore55 - I had a long wait for my Ipsos voucher too .... almost 5 weeks.:eek:0 -
If a company ( Lightspeed in this case) entice consumers to join them as panelists and document their procedures for everyone to see, they should abide by those procedures. If for some reason they cannot provide the vouchers in the time specified it should be the company who contact the panelists and not the other way around. Without panelists the company would not function. Whilst they can continue to get new panelists eventually word will get around and any new potential customers ( people who want survey results) may go elsewhere. Customers and panelists should be treated with equal respect.0

This is a good idea, I've set up a spreadsheet with all my survey companies, dates of surveys taken and proposed rewards. Helps me keep track of who owes me what from when.0 -
If only they gave me some !0
