Lightspeed are now up to date with codes and vouchers for me. A flurry of activity last week, and the final Book Token ordered on the 8th September arrived this morning.

Another delivery of vouchers for me this morning. That is 4 vouchers delivered in less than a week. They are now upto date with me. I am please to see that they have wiped the complacency from their eyes. Lets hope that they continue in this new vein and the heading 'Lightspeed' only appears when there is positive news.

I ordered a £10 Argos voucher last month and it only took a few days to arrive. Never had any problems with them.

I've just ordered a £10 CD Wow voucher on 8th Sept (last Friday) and am waiting for them to send me the code, so will be interested to see if it arrives within 10 working days.

I'm not happy with Valued Opinions either. I have had £0.50 pending for over 6 weeks. This was for a survey on mobile phones which I completed on 31st July.

Typically the amount of surveys sent is few and far between and most of the time I'm told I don't qualify, usually after spending a considerable amount of time completing questions before being screened off.

I keep a record of all suveys sent to me. Since 31st July, Valued Opinions have only sent me one survey (on 6th September). That's 5 weeks without any surveys. When they finally did send me one, I got more than half way through before saying I didn't qualify. I really don't think it's worth the effort being a member with them.

I order a £5 voucher on 8th June & one on the 16th June, finally got the codes for these on 7th September so will let you know when I get them. Usually doesn't take this long though so hopefully it's just technical difficulties!

Hi, I ordered vouchers on Sept.8th. They arrived this morning, 14th.
I'm very pleased with them, they seem to be getting their act together.
