They only send them out the first week of every month so it will normally take a while to get them - so make sure you order them in time if you want them for christmas or something

No problems with lightspeed I have had 2 x £10 vouchers both came within a reasonable time after obtaining the code from them and following instructions

Received my voucher form Valued Opinions today. Shocked, but pleasantly suprised. Anyone else recieved theirs?

The VO home page showing our "earnings" also shows our prize draw entries. It still shows the "current period" as 1 Jun-31 Aug.

As a matter of interest, I have 14 entries. There was apparently one "Hot Topic" survey. What have others had?

I finally received my missing £10 code from Lightspeed today - which they said they'd sent in June (did they heck!!!!)

We shall see how long it takes to get the actual vouchers now.

I was put off using ipsos because it quite often said I was unsuitable for the survey, or the survey stopped part way through. It also seemed difficult to find out what the awards were for the individual surveys. Having read this thread reminded me, so with a bit of perserverence I found I had enough for a £5 voucher! Add to that a Lightspeed survey that I did today and I should have 2 * £5 vouchers on their way to me.

I would also add for those contemplating joining these sites to check the referral sites too. Quidco are currently offering £1.65 if you sign up through them, though personally I forgot to check. Doh!

Is there a comprehensive list of survey sites out there?

I am so annoyed with Lightspeed! :mad: Finally got a survey (first one in about a fortnight), answered a million questions for about 10 mins, and then was told I didn't qualify!!! :mad:

Not a happy bunny. Have emailed them to complain. If anyone else is in the same boat (the survey was about the food your child eats), complain too! :mad:

Hi dormouse,I got one about 2 days back reg food habits for the previous week for 200 points,I answered (breaking my brains to recollect everything)for 25 minutes and came to the stage when it said-U HAVE !!! TO LAST PART BE PATIENT AND ANSWER-and then after a few more questions-says dont qualify/enough members blah blah-I too emailed them to complain but heard nothing since..let us know how you get along..thanks

Sounds like it was the same 200 point survey... so annoying! I'm just hoping that if enough people complain, they might listen :rolleyes:

Either that, or maybe there was a bug in the system? All my previous surveys for Lightspeed were fine - if you get disqualified, it's done within just a few questions.
