Hi dormouse,I got one about 2 days back reg food habits for the previous week for 200 points,I answered (breaking my brains to recollect everything)for 25 minutes and came to the stage when it said-U HAVE !!! TO LAST PART BE PATIENT AND ANSWER-and then after a few more questions-says dont qualify/enough members blah blah-I too emailed them to complain but heard nothing since..let us know how you get along..thanks

I got this one today, I had to rack my brains and it all got a bit tedious but it went through for me ok. Maybe it was just a glitch as Dormouse suggested. You both certainly deserve the points for getting as far with it as you did IMHO.
  • Finally got my £5 Lightspeed voucher code I ordered back in June.

They have in the email that their 'voucher partner' first sent it out on 3rd June but it wasn't received for some reason. Funny thing is I never ordered the voucher until the 12th June :rotfl: so someone is telling big fibs I think.

Still that's me up to date voucher code wise so I can stop having to send emails every few weeks to complain.

I eventually received my code from June and the Cdwow voucher arrived via email 2 days later.
I then ordered £15 reward code and it arrived within 3 days woohooo methinks they've got it sorted.

    Good for you.

Trading standards is always a good option. Let us know if and when you recieve the actual voucher.

Sounds like it was the same 200 point survey... so annoying! I'm just hoping that if enough people complain, they might listen

Either that, or maybe there was a bug in the system? All my previous surveys for Lightspeed were fine - if you get disqualified, it's done within just a few questions.
A sort of an update: following my email, they emailed me with a standard reply:
    Dear Panellist,

Thank you for your recent email.

We are sorry to hear that you have experienced a problem in completing your survey and therefore having missed out on you reward.

The may have been unable to complete the survey due to the following:
1.The screening questions show that you are not eligible to complete the survey. Screener questions are questions we ask at the beginning of your survey to determine if you are part of the target group. Normally the screening questions consist of 5 questions only. We always try to match you to our surveys as best as possible, but sometimes the information we currently hold on you is not enough to eliminate the occurrence of screener questions and screen outs completely.

2.Sometimes you may be ejected from the survey due to adequate data having been collected from panelists with a profile similar to you. This quota can be reached at any point during the time you are filling out your survey.

3.The survey stalled on you, the server ejected you the survey or technical problems occurred whilst you were filling in our questionnaire. The sources of these problems are difficult for us to eliminate in full as they can have a multitude of causes – ranging from problems with our internet servers to problems on your PC. We do however continue to work hard on offering you a smooth as possible online survey experience.

If you feel you have been unfairly ejected near the end of a long survey, please let us know. We can track your progress on the survey to determine the cause of the late ejection and take appropriate action on this.

    For this we do need:
    -Your full name
-The survey name you took (and job number if you took note)
    -Your Lightspeed registered email
-The date that you tried to complete the survey

Please rest assured that the answers you provided will not be used for market research purposes unless the survey is fully completed.

    Kind Regards,

    Lauren

Quite interesting what they're saying in point 2, about how you could be ejected from the survey at any point! Anyway, following their advice in the last bit, about being unfairly ejected, I emailed with all the details (which I'd already told them before ). See if anything comes out of this - I'm not really holding my breath.
  • I tried to take a 350 point survey yesterday evening, but it said their servers were busy and to come back later. When I did try again later it said that I had paused the survey before it was completed, and now couldn't access it!

I emailed them, and got this reply:

    Dear Panellist,

Thank you for your recent email.

Your survey has been paused due to the server being busy. You should have received a message requesting that you should try again later.

Unfortunately some surveys will not allow you to do this as you can only access the survey once.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and are currently working on a solution to this problem.

    Please accept our sincere apologies.

    Kind Regards,

    Lauren

I'd put most of the above in my email anyway, so it was a fairly pointless reply. A potential 350 points down the drain through no fault of my own

Hi Dormouse,I got this reply the same day and I too emailed back with all details but heard nothing for 4 days since. And just to add,not qualified for anything after that(but ejected in the beginning).Maybe I should not have complained.Hope you have better luck.
  • Now the codes are coming through fine but the vouchers are on a go slow. Hows everyone else doing.
