Just thought I'd say that I redeemed mine and got a code within a few days and the voucher in the post less than a week after that. Maybe they have sorted themselves out, either that or I was just lucky0

I'm waiting for 1 outstanding Topshop/Arcadia voucher.
I was able to order 3 around the same time but have only received 2 - they didn't take too long to arrive :j but I'm still waiting on the 3rd.
I've emailed them but they responded with silly questions, how am i supposed to know which one didn't arrive from the Email Order Number thingy?! They don't give you that reference in the enevelope
They told me it was sent end of July, how can they possibly know?! There were 3 requested around the same time. They asked for my address but I'm still waiting :rolleyes: 
The £2.00 Coin Savers Club = approx £22.00 :rolleyes: :j.. The 20p Savers Club = £17.80.
