I've been waiting since 22nd Aug for an Ipsos voucher, is this normal?

I recieved a Lightspeed code 3 days after applying for it, lets just hope it comes!

This was in an email received from Valued Opinions yesterday evening, following a second complaint from me:

"IT are working through the backlog currently so people should see credits being processed sooner."

My first voucher took ages to arrive (but then it was a Bank Holiday) but the second I've ordered from them arrived within a few days. So fingers crossed for the future!

YAY! Got my first ever lightspeed voucher for £5 yesterday. Ordered code on 24 August and got code on 8 September. Ordered voucher on 8 September and received on 14 September.

Ordered another one today for £10 so let's see if it's any quicker.

I havent done any surveys for lightspeed yet but i do do them for Valued opinions and i ordered my voucher and it arrived within a week, so I have no problems with them at all. Hope everyone else gets their problems sorted out.

I gave up on valued opinions as it took so long to get anywhere. They booted me just before the survey was complete every time. As for Lightspeed touchwood they seem to be getting their act together. Time will tell.

i always seem to get my surveys through on a thurs or fri,4 in the last 2 days !
