i get one or two a week at the moment,i need to chase up my voucher code though ! they said to allow 4 weeks and its almost been that long !
  • I had loads of surveys offered at the beginning - most of which I completed. Ordered a voucher, which arrived v quickly. Now I'm about 50 points away from my next £5 voucher from Top Shop and I haven't been eligible for the last 3 I've been invited to do!

They don't love me any more!!!:cry::cry:
  • I've received 2 vouchers so far and am now waiting for 2 more.

I've also cheated and joined up with the American version, using my parents' address and phone number. I've received 1 $5 voucher for amazon.com and now awaiting for another one
  • Hi all,

I queried this today, about vouchers, and had an email back saying you need to allow 2-4 weeks for your vouchers/codes etc, I can't think why, there must be a better way of doing it: this is the email I got, saying how the process goes after you've ordered the vouchers:

Once you redeemed your points on your members account page, the Points
    redeeming process goes as follows:

    - You will receive an email from us confirming your online
points redemption and containing a transaction number related to this
    redemption

    - We will thereafter send you an email containing your Reward
code which you can redeem for a voucher. The voucher will be the same
value as you have chosen previously. You will receive your email within
20 working days (one month) after you redeemed your points online
    - Please follow the instructions within the email containing
your Reward code in order to choose your physical or online gift
voucher. You will receive your physical / online gift voucher within 5
to 10 working days of ordering online.
We will be in touch shortly to give you an update on your Reward code.
    Kind Regards,

So all in all, it's a bit silly and time consuming, it makes me wonder why they don't have a stock of vouchers and I find it perplexing why you can't just order what rewards you want from the site, confusing

got my code today and have ordered me vouchers :)

didnt even have to chase them up after all lol
  • I redeemed my points just over 2 weeks ago and got my codes today. However!!!!............. The codes were not there this morning or at 4pm but when I checked my mail at 9.30pm they were there with an expiry date of 13/10/06!!! So I had a couple of hours to get my vouchers or I guess they would be lost!
Anyway, I did manage to redeem my codes and have printed all the voucher info just incase.

Could anyone answer this, I'd be interested myself? And why on earth do they hide this info on the website

I got a code yesterday, too. Converted it straightaway, just in case. Last delivery of actual voucher took about two weeks.
