Funnily enough, LS were my most lucrative survey company as well: I've had about £50-60 from them since April, when their points system changed.

What is wrong with these companies these days, LS are rubbish, Test & Vote are going down the pan as well... argh! :rolleyes:

Yeah, me too. I haven't had any surveys since I received my last voucher, very worrying indeed.

I've just logged in and completed all the Quick Match surveys, so hopefully I should get some more full surveys soon!

In the past when I have redeemed points I always had a year to use the code but I wasn't taking any chances this time and used them straight away. Thanks for letting me know I'm not the only one that this has happened to!;)

I don't think complaints have anything to do with the drought - I've never complained, and I haven't had any surveys for two or three weeks. I think it's probably just a dry patch for some of us, hopefully it'll perk up soon!

I have been reading this thread for some weeks now and i thought that if they were going to take as long as some peoples did then i was going to cash them in a.s.a.p i was exspecting problems like many people have said but i didnt have any problems neither did my friend i have recived my payment from lightspeed, and i didnt have to send any emails to them they also arrived within 3 weeks so there might be some hope?
but i do agree that what some people have said about having to email them and wait so long for there rewards are not on and i think lightspeed should do somthing about it

I complained because I had cashed in £10 worth but was waiting months for the code to be able to order anything. I have had ONE survey since, it was for 500 points & I did it within minutes of it coming in my inbox but I wasn't what they wanted apparently!

I have just requested my first voucher (500 points) AND im also waiting for £5.15 bcas from CIAO .

First Question: What vouchers can you get for lightspeed? Is there Argos?
Second Question: anyone any idea how long it takes to get your BCAS from ciao? As this is my first payment request for them too.

Why is the process so slow?

They sent me an email. Then another in 2-4 weeks. Then I can get my gift code.
