Hiya,I had one 5£ voucher so far -long time ago-from memory-they had CDWOW in the internet section.Dont remember seeing amazon. They had Argos,Debenhams...as well.Good luck.

Don't think they have Argos any more, certainly didn't last time I looked a couple of weeks ago.

They didn't have Amazon vouchers when I ordered mine yesterday. Or Argos. I settled grumpily for PC World ...

I redeemed my points just over 2 weeks ago and got my codes today. However!!!!............. The codes were not there this morning or at 4pm but when I checked my mail at 9.30pm they were there with an expiry date of 13/10/06!!! So I had a couple of hours to get my vouchers or I guess they would be lost!
Anyway, I did manage to redeem my codes and have printed all the voucher info just incase.
    Sneaky of Lightspeed!

That happened to me a while ago, but they followed it up very promptly with an email pointing out that they had go the date wrong and it should have been 2007 and not 2006.

I only joined a month or so ago when pigsback offered 600 points. had about 1 survey a week but last 2 gone pear shaped! i am 50 points away from first £5 voucher and i complained on Friday as was 10mins into survey and it crashed (was it same one as yours???) - had no reply to email but don't suppose it will do any good any way. Same happened last week too. Soooooo annoying!

Mine was 3weeks ago I think-Iwas 25 minutes into the survey and even reached the section saying-"Be patient-you are in the last section "and then finally disqualified-I complained but they sent a routine non specific reply after getting all details of survey saying-profile match blah blah. Then NO survey since then.So I think there is no use whatsoever complaining to them and ruining your future chances!

I have 500 pts at the mo, so i could get a £5 voucher, but what can it be used on? Are they for specific places?

I think you might be right. I've just checked, and I haven't been invited to any surveys since 19 September - right after I complained about being disqualified from a survey!

I used to get 4-5 surveys a week, and now nothing for 4 weeks! Very dodgy...

So, just wondering whether this has anything to do with being a complainer, or whether they just prefer newer members and discriminate against oldies...

Hi Dormouse,if I remember right,i think it was the same survey we both complained about-a food one.Definitely think they have something against us!!No surveys these days considering that I got my first 5£ within a month and still waitin for the elusive 50 points for my next one. And,the pity was they were the only people who were sending me some surveys!

I've never had cause to complain (yet!) and regularly get surveys ... probably 2 or 3 a week, so perhaps there's something in the fact that you get fewer surveys if you complain. Hardly fair though ...
