both me and my other half have been members of lightspeed for about 8 months now. we've had about £80 worth of Next vouchers in that time-i think they're great!0

I do these regularly. YOu get points for doing them which when you get 500 can be converted to vouchers. You fhit the claim points box on your member account page, they then send you an e-mail in 2 - 4 weeks with a code to allow you to select the voucher you wish. Sometimes you only get points towards draws for which you can wing money. I am waiting for such a prize.0

Another advantage of Lightspeed is that points are added as soon as the survey is completed - none of the delays that are experienced with (for example) Test & Vote.0

Has anyone had problems getting their reward codes to claim vouchers? It's been 4 weeks since asked to cash in my points
Have e-mailed Lauren today, but not hopeful for a speedy response - last time I e-mailed her (about receiving 50 points less than promised for a survey) she didn't even reply.0 -

I've been waiting 5 weeks now for the reward code. I emailed them and got an automated response saying they'll put it on re-order.
I hope I get it soon!:mad:0 -
I tend to get so far in a survey then get stuck while downloading something. It goes to 98% and then stop. I have tried leaving it there and emailing but to be honest they don;t seem to care. When I eventually have to shut the machine down I cannot take the survey again and of course I got no points. I have just had the code for my fisrt £10 voucher so not moaning just wondering if anyone else had the same problem with the downloads.Save £12k in 25 No 49

I've been doing these for a while now, you sometimes get points towards a draw , other times points which when they come to at least 500 you can convert to an order for a voucher M & S, Love2Shop, etc.
When you get enugh points for a voucher (go to your members account page on the site) click on redeem points, they will then send an e-mail in 2-4 weeks with a code which you then enter onto the site and you can choose your voucher(s). Hope this helps.0 -

How long did it take to get back to you with their automated response? I've still not heard anything, but I did get another survey through today.0
