I had one yesterday and two today that just stuck. So no points. But I did get a reply to email.

Thank you for your email.All emails that are sent to us regarding survey problems are important.
We pass them on to our research team so that they can make improvements for future surveys.
It is not always possible for us to answer each individual email due to the volume of emails we receive and because there is not always an instant answer or solution to a survey problem.

Lightspeed are getting on my nerves now. I completed a survey ( kitkat one ) but no points & now i've had another survey but surprise surprise its not working.

I do these, have just had a £50 cheque for a prize draw. Plenty of vouchers which your points convert to. Just had some this morning for love2shop which covers lots of different shops.

Am I the only one who can't even get on the website - it says it's closed for maintenance?

Been like that a few days now... And I'm getting survey invites in the meantime! :rolleyes:

I done a couple of surveys on lightspeed this morning. I didn't have any trouble getting on, that was around 8.30

Just double checked and I can access lightspeed no problem although I don't have any more surveys today.

I have just completed a survey few minutes ago...no problems here.....
