    Wow, that sucks. I love Cd-wow, and really don't like HMV, as I've been very unimpressed with the level of service I've received from them. :(

    I also redeemed points at about that time, haven't had anything yet..so emailed to ask how long they usually take ( my first voucher :) ) and got a reply saying they are sent via a third party and will be chased up. That was a week or so ago and I haven't heard anything yet.

    Maybe a backlog because of a rush for vouchers in time for Christmas but can anyone tell me how long they usually take?

    i received my 1st on very quickly, but am also waiting for my 2nd that i ordered at beg nov, they were obv having probs at the start of nov as it seems that everyone who ordered at that time is still waiting!!

    i have just received the code for the voucher i've been waiting over 1 mth for so ordered an argos voucher as it was still the old reward system

    I just had my £5 CD WOW coucher pop in my inbox.... thought I would use it in part payment for the little mermaid for my daughter.... anyway put it in my basket and added my E voucher and turned out the kind people had given me a £10 voucher.... very generous :)

    Must be Christamas :-)
