Just noticed the new 'rewards' - not much selection now ..... for me I guess the only useful reward would be the paypal rewards. Still, can't complain - being rewarded for giving opinions - not bad!!XX0

ive had 2 surveys today and completed them
now have over 1k points but theres nothing i really want out of the new rewards !0 -

OK, I'll miss the boots vouchers, and I think they're taking the mick with the 550 points for a £5 voucher (pigsback recently changed to the 100 points = £1 so why do these guys feel the need to change?) but I hope this new mob will do it better than ovation incentives (which lets face it, was obviously an in-house operation).
Totally agree with you about ovation incentives. I finally got my e voucher off them today after days of emailing them asking where it had got to. Unfortunately I've still got a reward code to come from them. No doubt that will take another 8 weeks plus 2 weeks emailing them about the voucher not arriving. :mad:
The new reward system seems better: You order the voucher straight away without having to wait for a reward code. I redeemed a e-voucher the other day and it said I should recieve it within the day. That hasn't happened but hopefully I'll receive it soon.0 -
I just got enough points today for my first reward (£10 range at least), and only been a member for about 2 months...
I am not too impressed with the voucher selection apart from Amazon and Paypal, I have orderd the Paypal one, but now wish I had gone for Amazon! Ah well...0 -
I've been a bit slow and have only just realised there's a new rewards system. I have to say I'm not very impressed with so many vouchers gone and the price hikes.0

I got a surbey through the other day (follow up to the choc bar they sent me). Clearly said 500 points if you complete it. It took ages to do, and at the end of it I only got 100 points. Contacted 'Lauren', but just got a waffley reply. No sign of my £5 voucher yet which was ordered at start of November.0

i redemmed £5.00 on 31.10.06 and i have emailed loads and got a respince today saying that they are really busy and will sort it out soon. i only requested a code never got to order one. im very angry. once i redeem i will close this i think0

I ordered a week before that 24/10/06 - Got promised it would be a matter od days last week - They keep sending me surveys but no sign of said 'reward code'0

I was also waiting for a long time for the code,but someone posted this link on this forum 2 weeks back and I got a code the next day-still waiting for the paper vouchers to come through the post though.
Argos was there but boots wasnt.Also,my OH got a 5£ code today and since he ordered before the new changes,it was the old style one but the email asks the code to be redeemed after christmas to avoid disappointments!

I always have a delay with getting codes from Lightspeed. The only reason I'm still a member is because it doesn't take long to collect enough points for a voucher so I've had quite a few.
Recent problem was with a code ordered end of October. I sent a few emails every couple of weeks after the four week period and got either no reply or an automated standard one.
Finally had enough last week and sent off email stating what I thought of their customer service and treatment of members; politely though as I don't care for being rude even when complaining. Stated that I was annoyed about auto replies and no action and was considering going to regulatory body of market research.
Two days later I got an email with the voucher code, no apology or explination but still the code was all I really wanted anyway. And then I was surprised today to get the code I'd only ordered a couple of weeks ago at the end of Nov. I'd mentioned in the complaint that I have to email multiple complaints everytime I order a code and was expecting that it'd be the same for the end of November order so maybe they are trying to get me to shut up by sending it early
Hopefully the new incentive partners will be better at sorting out rewards, even if the choices are limited......not holding my breath though. :rotfl:0
