if you take the £5 paypal payment reward, would you get the full £5 or does paypal take their fees out of it....

I imagine that you get paid via e-cheque like when you receive quidco payments, in which case you would get the full amount and no fees are taken.

I've just taken my "reward" of £10 into my PayPal account and had the email from Lightspeed confirming it will take place. Anyone know how long it's likely to take for the money to go into my PayPal account?

I ordered my Paypal reward on the 5th, had the confirmation email but I'm still waiting for the money. It says this in the confirmation email:

"All PayPal orders for funds will load to your account by close of business the following business day. When your PayPal order is processed you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to claim your funds."

Don't know how long I'll have to wait for the actual money, I'm still waiting for vouchers I ordered on the old system last month.

Edit: Just checked the Perksplus site and in the faqs it says:
"After placing your order, a confirmation email from us will be sent to the email address you provided. PayPal will send you an email the following business day that includes a link along with information regarding your funds."

Paypal certainly haven't sent me an email the following business day, it's now the 5th business day and counting!

After writing all that I've just received an email from them apologising for the delay and they say I should receive my Paypal funds transfer within 2 business days or less! :T

They're working late tonight!

Anybody had trouble getting an e-voucher replaced?

I've received a £20 CDWOW one and there's no credit on it. Most miffed. Fired off several emails to Lauren and still not had a response.

Do they have a phone number?

I've just logged in to my Lightspeed account to check my points and found that they have added an extra 50 points for the festive season! :j Anybody else had points?

Yes, you had to update your profile and you got the 50 points.

I'm still waiting for my vouchers. It took ages to the claim code thingy to come and now i'm waiting for the argos voucher. I'm guessing it's not going to come anytime soon!
