Just recieved a (third) email from the new rewards people. Their first email, recieved after I redeemed 1100 lightspeed points, said that I should receive my e-voucher within one day. The next email sent almost a week later said that I will receive it within 5 business days. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I emailed them again asking where the voucher is and now they say I will need to wait another few business days. Given that christmas is here I very much doubt I'll see it before the new year.
Looks like the new rewards company are just as bad as the previous lot or maybe they're the same outfit but under a different name.0 -
i redemmed on 31.10.06 and not got my voucher, i emailed several times and got once answer- sorry because its christmas we will look into it as soon as we can.
i hope my new voucher i redemmed the other day is better0 -
I've turned my points into paypal funds. I'll let you know if it goes in next week!0

I ordered a e-voucher no sign, can't see the point in the surveys if I'm not going to get the rewards. I emailed but the reply I got didn't answer the question I asked, I emailed again but still the next reply was rubbish.
Valued opinions however sent out my £15 voucher pretty quickly so I'll continue with them.0 -

Just had my festive points too!
Not keen on new 'taxes' on vouchers or paypal though.
Had a look at the chocolate offers and these are about 20-30% more expensive than going direct to the retailer so if anyone is tempted by them you would be saving by getting paid by paypal and going direct. Even better go via rpoints and get 7% off.0 -
I'm disappointed in the new changes a little. I was right on the verge of having enough points for £50 voucher option. I had a look through the new rewards but didn't seem that impressed by it.
The money to paypal account is rather nice but I would rather have the option of taking vouchers or a cheque. Also £40 seems to be the most you can have with the paypal option unless they add more later.
I got the bonus 50 points but didn't get any for a couple of surveys I completed.0 -
iam owed £15 since the beginning of october, sent loads of emails chasing it up,but nothing.they send me more surveys but i wont be doing any till i get what iam owed.0
