Thanks fallen121 for your help. I didn't know they wouldn't recredit points until I read your post above, which is after I requested it

I have had replies from Lauren but nothing happens.

which would explain a lot of things. I do check my emails and haven't had one at all. Maybe I will just chalk this one up to experience, it could have been worse - I could have requested a whole bunch of vouchers. Thanks for going to such a lot of trouble to explain things.

well when i ordered mine on 30.10.06 it said that they would contact me with which vouchers i could order. i never actually got a chance to ick which reward i wanted. i dont think im gonna get it now either.

and i ordered a new one from them and have not had that yet either. it said 5 working days been over 10 now, i dont think anyone should use them they are really bad.

I suggest emailing them again but copying in some of those people I (re) listed. The Cayton one certainly works as his auto-reply is on at the moment:

I emailed all those listed above and although a couple came back as out of office I did get an immediate response from Anne Hedde (ahedde@lightspeedresearch.com) who said they would be looking into my situation. I requested my voucher in November and have never been sent a code as yet.

Sounds promising. Good luck to those still waiting.

i ordered on 27th november and nothing here yet,i just did for 5 pounds one and dont know whether its e-voucher cuz i dont want that,lightspeed is very confusing just want to know i never had this ovation incentives and perks before when i ordered just checked now,so these came up,which one are they with now and how does the ovation one works?pls help

the company they use for rewards now is perksplus.com

there is not as much selection as the previous ones

yeah I too i'm waiting on voucher from nov but order paypal cash last wek and got after 3 days on new scheme so seems much better now
